As we sell many products, we know that you probably have a lot of questions. We want to make sure that you're well informed at FozTech, so we have come up with a list of the most frequently asked questions that may resolve your enquiry.

In the event that any product defect (nonconformity) occurred with respect to the product, FozTech will provide product replacement or refund service within the warranty period.

In the event the incorrect product has been purchased, FozTech will not be liable for the return costs. The customer is responsible for the incorrect purchase.

In the event the incorrect address has been used on the order and you have also not contacted us or provided us enough time, FozTech will not be liable for the order being shipping to the incorrect address. The customer is responsible for the additional postage cost.

All in-stock items will ship either on the day before 2PM or the next business day and as soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation after being shipped (contact us if you don't see this after 5 business days).

The delivery time will vary depending on the selected shipping option.

Standard delivery is delivered by Royal Mail (2nd Class) and is estimated at 3-5 business days.

Express Delivery is delivered by Royal Mail (1st Class) and is estimated at 1-3 business days

Next Day Delivery is delivered by EVRi. However, the order must be ordered before 10:00AM as the drop off time is 12:00AM.

We are unable to contact you over orders you have purchased on another marketplace. You must contact us on the marketplace that you purchased from. Any messages received will be requested to contact us on that specific marketplace.

In the event you wish to modify or cancel an order you must contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched then we can not modify the transaction.

If you have a discount from one of our marketing campaigns, simply enter it at the checkout stage and the discount will apply. Most discount codes are valid for the duration of the year of issue.

We are currently only taking orders from the United Kingdom - Excluding Channel Islands. However, we do plan to ship internationally in the future.

In the occasion that one of the following listed occurs, please contact our customer support team by selecting the 'Support' button and then choosing 'Customer Support' and proceed to fill in the form explaining the situation. Replies may take up to 1-2 business days.

In the event your order does not arrive in the estimated timeframe as per the shipping estimation guidelines, please contact us by using our Support Help Centre. Please understand that our couriers may sometimes be delayed and we must wait until 15 business days before declaring a parcel as 'lost'. In the event that an order is 'lost' we will either provide a replacement or refund the transaction.
